# CREDIT BAZAR — TERMS & CONDITIONS Version: CB-TC-1.0 Credit Bazar is a loan referral and facilitation platform operated by Indokona Credit Bazar Private Limited. Credit Bazar is not itself a bank, NBFC, lender, financial institution or funding provider merely by using this platform. 1. Referral nature Credit Bazar may collect information and documents from a customer for the purpose of referring the enquiry/file to an appropriate third-party DSA, agent, intermediary, bank, NBFC or other authorised lending channel, subject to the applicable relationship and process. 2. No loan guarantee Submission of an enquiry, acceptance for processing, review, recommendation, or referral does not constitute approval, sanction, commitment, disbursal or promise of a loan. 3. Eligibility and lender policy Loan eligibility, interest rate, tenure, security/collateral requirements, documentation, approval, sanction and disbursal are determined by the relevant lender/financial institution and its applicable policies, assessment and regulatory requirements. 4. No funding by Credit Bazar Credit Bazar does not undertake to fund a customer's loan from its own funds through this platform. 5. Third-party transactions and token/property payments Customers may independently enter into property, booking, token, advance, purchase, sale or other transactions. If a loan is later not approved, delayed, reduced, or otherwise not processed, any loss, forfeiture, dispute, penalty or commercial consequence arising from an independent transaction is not automatically attributable to Credit Bazar. Customers must independently verify the transaction terms and should not make a payment solely on the assumption that a loan will be approved. 6. No guarantee against financial loss Credit Bazar does not guarantee that a customer will avoid any financial, commercial, contractual or opportunity loss arising from a third-party transaction or a lender's decision. 7. Customer information The customer must provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false, misleading, forged, manipulated or incomplete information or documents may result in rejection, suspension or referral of the matter to the appropriate authority where legally required. 8. Third-party DSA/agent channel Where an enquiry is routed through a third-party DSA, agent or intermediary, that party may have its own eligibility, process and documentation requirements. Credit Bazar does not represent every third party as its employee or lender. 9. Changes in lending decision A lender or intermediary may change, reject, hold, or discontinue a case based on verification, policy, risk assessment, documentation, valuation, legal checks, income assessment, credit assessment or other requirements. 10. Customer responsibility Customers should independently verify property title, agreements, token or advance terms, receipts, refund clauses and other commercial conditions before making payments or signing third-party documents. 11. No circumvention of law Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or to restrict any remedy available under applicable law. 12. Consent By accepting these terms, the customer confirms that they have read and understood the referral nature of the platform and the above declarations. This document should be legally reviewed and approved for the final production deployment.
