Direct payment risk
If a customer pays token, booking or similar money directly to a builder, seller or another private party, that payment is outside Credit Bazar’s control unless separately agreed in writing.

Refund responsibility
Any refund, cancellation or recovery relating to such payment is strictly between the customer and the party that received the payment, subject to their agreement and applicable law.
Loan sanction risk
A token or booking payment should not be treated as evidence that finance will be sanctioned. Credit Bazar has no role, involvement or financial liability for a loss merely because finance/loan is not sanctioned.
